Best Vegan Garlic Bread !

Super easy and quick vegan garlic bread that’s so tasty ! There’s no harm in using dried garlic and herbs when the fresh stuff is scarce.

Ok the pic is not so great but the recipe is !

Ingredients :

  • a few slices of good multigrain bread or bread of choice

  • 1/2 cup vegan margarine

  • 2 tsp dried garlic

  • 1 tsp dried basil or parsley

  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation :

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine margarine, garlic and basil or parsley. Add pepper to taste.

  3. Spread generously on the desired number of slices of bread and place slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle some vegan parmesan on each slice.

  4. Place baking sheet in the oven for approximately 10 minutes until the edges are just golden.

Notes :

  • Use a soft margarine for quick results.

  • If using fresh ingredients, use 2 tbsp crushed fresh garlic and 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.

  • Use my homemade vegan parmesan or store-bought such as Earth Island.
